Monthly subsidy payment files are processed Thursday of the first full week of the month.  September is impacted by the holiday and partial week.

Payments made via EFT should be deposited in provider bank accounts within 24-48 hours, depending on each provider's bank.  If the payment file is released on a day before a holiday or weekend, those days may not be counted in the 24-48 hour window, as banks may be closed.
