Normalcy and Prudent Parenting Training includes the requirements for the IV-E agency and provides help to ensure staff are following a reasonable and prudent parenting standard of care, which includes activities normal for children.
Following these requirements allows for youth in foster care to lead a normal life as possible and thereby reduces the risk or running away and falling prey to the risk of trafficking.
